Step 1 · Document Screening
Resume & Document Review
We carefully review every application, and candidates who pass are invited to an on-site interview.
- Submit: Resume, self-introduction, visa type, and available times
- Candidates who pass will be contacted by email or text

Step 2 · First Interview
On-Site Interview (30–60 min)
An in-person interview at NANAENG with two interviewers — a friendly conversation to get to know you, your background, and what you're looking for.
- Format: On-site at NANAENG Learning Center, with two interviewers
- Duration: 30–60 minutes
- Candidates who pass will be invited to a demo class

Step 3 · Demo Class
50-Minute Class with a NANAENG Adult Learner
Teach one real class with an adult student at NANAENG so we can see your style — and so you can see if NANAENG feels right for you.
- Schedule: To be confirmed — we will let you know in advance
- Materials: Lesson materials will be sent to you by email in advance
※ The demo lesson is held at a fixed time, as it takes place with a real student in a scheduled class. We kindly ask for your understanding.
₩30,000 paid — lesson fee + transportation included

Step 4 · Second Interview
On-Site Interview with Two Interviewers
Most of our students are adult learners, and teaching adults is quite different from teaching children. That's why every candidate meets with our interviewers on-site right after the demo class — a relaxed conversation, not a test.
- Format: On-site, right after your demo class
- How did the class feel? Was it a good fit for you?
- What did you find difficult or challenging?
- Is teaching something you'd like to develop further with our support?

Step 5 · Final Offer
Final Acceptance Notification
- Successful candidates will be contacted with a final offer
